What is the Circle Loyalty Program?
Crown Group’s new loyalty program, rewards Crown Group’s past apartment purchasers with exclusive access to a world of unique privileges, benefits and rewards and replaces the previous Platinum Club.

For Circle members: How do I sign up & register?
- Sign up using your unique 8 digit Circle account ID and email address that will be emailed to you.
- Using your 8 digit Circle account ID and email address, use the provided registration link to enter your details, tick a box to accept the terms & conditions and once registered the you will receive an email saying you have successfully been signed up to the program.
- All you need to do to access the members only portal on the Crown Group website to login using their email and account number and create your own password & start enjoying your Rewards.
- Start referring to friends and family who can enjoy the rewards you provide them and get rewarded for referring them
- Purchase a Crown Property – As a Priority Circle member, our sales team will look after you

How it works
Past purchasers from Crown Group will be sent an email advising you of your tier status and Circle account ID.
What is my tier? Platinum, Gold or Silver?
As a past purchaser of Crown Group apartments, you will be segmented or assigned to a value ranking or tier of Platinum, Gold or Silver based on the value of apartments purchased and given a unique 8 digit account ID relating to their Circle membership. Eg:
- Platinum – >$3M
- Gold – $2 - 3M
- Silver – Up to $2M
- Referral Partner – No purchases just referrals
You will be sent an email inviting you to register to the program. simply register on the link attached. A unique 8 digit Circle account ID will be issued to you. Simply enter this account ID and your email address in the registration form attached in the link below, agree to the terms and conditions of the program and you will have automatic access to your rewards and benefits in our members only portal section of this website and review special benefits and rewards.
